Trace View Ranch is a 20-acre, family-owned farm in Franklin, Tennessee, nestled in the countryside with one of the best views of the iconic Natchez Trace Parkway Bridge. Conveniently located just minutes from Leiper’s Fork, downtown Franklin, Bellevue, and Fairview, our ranch is a place where visitors can slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and experience a little bit of farm life.

In addition to being a working ranch, we open our gates throughout the year for our fall pumpkin patch, ranch tours, photo shoots, and more.
